Spring has finally arrived, and while the weather might not have caught on, we couldn’t be more excited to wave goodbye to winter. The change in seasons is also exciting in the foodie world, with chefs across the city working their magic with the best quality seasonal ingredients to produce some delicious, flavour-packed dishes sure to sweep you off your feet.
The chefs at the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants group have been busy creating new spring menus with a twist. From special Michelin star lunch menus to refreshed classics, these are the spring menus you need to try this month…
Bread Street Kitchen & Heddon Street Kitchen

To celebrate the beginning of spring, Gordon Ramsay’s Heddon Street Kitchen and Bread Street Kitchen restaurants have launched a new seasonal menu that’s packed with flavour.
Available across all Street Kitchen sites, you can look forward to chowing through the likes of roast beef carpaccio with truffle crème fraiche dressing; crispy cauliflower with a zingy coconut yoghurt; or a tasty tuna tartare served with avocado and crispy wonton to start. Followed by indulgent mains such as a rich lamb rogan josh curry served with naan bread and saffron rice or steamed sea bream with green beans, cherry tomato and moilee sauce. You can still enjoy Street Kitchen classics too from beef wellington to rare breed larger cuts.
With seven restaurants spread across London, you know you’ll always find the perfect weekday date-night spot wherever you are in the city.

Pétrus
Who said Michelin Star dining had to be expensive? Here to prove the myth wrong is Pétrus, Gordon Ramsay’s Belgravia restaurant serving up modern French cuisine.
Level up your usual lunch date with the restaurant’s lunch menu packed with new seasonal dishes perfect for spring. Choose from Scottish cured salmon with buttermilk, nori and tapioca or duck liver parfait with walnut, verhus and celery to start; before making your way through Devon ray wing accompanied with shrimps, cucumber and sauce grenobloise or chicken supreme with truffle, leeks and maitake mushroom.
Save room for dessert and opt for the season’s favourite rhubarb tart with citrus curd, early grey and lemon balm or stay savoury with a classic selection of British and French cheeses.
Priced at three courses for £60, it’s hard to say no.
While the Savoy Grill is closed for refurbishment, you can still enjoy the restaurant’s signature dishes at The River Restaurant thanks to its new ‘Taste of Savoy Grill’ menu.
Menu highlights include omelette Arnold Bennett featuring smoked haddock, parmesan, comté and St Ewes’ eggs; steak tartare with confit egg yolk; and of course, Savoy Grill’s legendary beef wellington served with confit roscoff onion and a rich red wine jus. Add on the tart tatin featuring Tahitian vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce for an indulgent end to the night.
Set within the iconic Savoy Hotel, soak up the soaring riverside views while you dine.
Lucky Cat

If you are yet to discover Lucky Cat in Mayfair, there has never been a better time to go. With an impressive a la carte menu serving Asian-inspired sharing plates consisting of new seasonal ingredients.
Look forward to tucking into the likes of spiced lamp chop with chilli sauce and tofu cream; monkfish tempura with yuzu and bonito; and sea bream served over a fragrant moilee.
Opt for something a little different and try their famous egg fried rice with xo sauce and slow cooked egg, served and prepared table-side.
