The 6 Best Foodie Offerings For Holi This Year

Holi marks the arrival of spring — a festival of colour, renewal and joy observed across India and the wider diaspora. Traditionally celebrated with music, Indian food and clouds of powdered pigment, it’s a moment to gather, to feast and to lean into brightness after winter’s grip.
Some of the best restaurants in London are marking the Festival of Colours with one-night feasts, limited-edition dishes and menus rooted in regional Indian cooking. From nine-course tasting menus to rainbow-hued dumplings, here’s where to eat for Holi this year.
1. The Cinnamon Club
Set inside the former Westminster Library, The Cinnamon Club turns 25 this year — and Holi feels like the right moment to book in. Chef Vivek Singh’s nine-course anniversary tasting menu (£125) traces the restaurant’s evolution, weaving Indian spice with British produce. Expect signatures like scallop and tuna ceviche chaat, a celebration of British lamb with Punjabi mince and Rajasthani curry, and Papa Tandoori squab pigeon.
