Arty family-owned boutique hotel The Arch is naturally evolving its festive celebrations come the 31st December. Smart French restaurant Boulestin are making their a la carte menu extra special for New Year’s Eve with seared fois gras, lobster consommé with lobster tortellini and their trademark Sauternes custard. The dining area itself has an authentic French feel to it with black and white checkered floor tiles, black and white artwork and white tablecloths, and because it’s French they know their wine – a Coravin system stores 27 types in the perfect condition.

Finish off the year with a spectacular seven course gala dinner at Amaranto at the Four Seasons.
