We’re not going to lie, January’s starting to drag now; the novelty of being back at work has well and truly worn off and, if anything, the weekend can’t come soon enough. Andaz London Liverpool Street

What: Make Your Body a Temple in an Actual Temple

Why: Psycle London have teamed up with Andaz London Liverpool Street to create ‘My Body Is A Temple’, a wellness experience, this Sunday. What’s more, the session will be held in an actual temple, the hotel’s hidden Masonic Temple deep within the bowels of the Liverpool Street hotel. After the unique yoga session health conscious attendees will enjoy a nutritious vegan brunch at the hotel’s Eastway Brasserie. Served with bottomless vegetable juice and smoothie options the vegan menu will be curated by Head Chef Sam Dunleavy.

What: Return of the Cheese Town

Why: It returns. Why, because it was so successful, why because the world loves cheese! Ok apart from the vegans, but they don’t run the world just yet. This weekend will be the last chance for you to get yourselves down to the South Pole saloon in Brixton and gorge yourself on deliciously cheesy delights. Think gooey mac and cheese, oozing raclette, and halloumi fries. Basically, every variety of cheese is at your disposal, and there is no one to stop you going around and round the town sampling all of them.

Why: Get your belly dancing kit out and perhaps a tub of yoghurt because things are about to get spicy. A Bollywood Extravaganza, it’s time to get involved. There will be dancers (of the belly jiggling variety) DJ’s, and a three-course menu for you to fill your boots on.

What: The End of Skylight
