Designer Collection at Fellows
Who doesn’t love a designer handbag? If you’re looking to add to your collection, you’ll want to bookmark this season’s Designer Collection auction at Fellows.
This auction is a treasure trove for vintage items and pre-loved items you can find in boutiques, for a fraction of the price. You can expect an exciting collection of desirable designer handbags, jewellery and watches. Highlights include a 1981 edition black box calf leather Kelly 32 from Hermès; Dolce & Gabbana’s Mini Devotion bag in water green silk; Louis Vuitton Monogram Denim Square Patchwork Neverfull MM; and a Chanel Airlines O case clutch, perfect for those upcoming summer trips.
This is a timed auction that takes place over two weeks from 28th April and will close on 11th May, 10am. Potential bidders can head to the auction house’s Charles Street branch to view on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd May to get a closer look at the pieces on offer. Live at the Palace
Calling all music lovers: Live at the Palace, presented by Robomagic, is a brand new series of concerts taking place across two weekends in May and July.
Taking over the gardens of the historic Fulham Palace, this May’s event will be the ultimate way to party out the last bank holiday weekend. On Saturday 27th May, Ministry of Sound Classical will be taking over the Palace, offering a Ministry of Sound take on a classic orchestral performance. Expect a 32-piece orchestra performing iconic dance classics, completely rearranged and reinterpreted for the 2020s – this is guaranteed to get everyone dancing.
On Sunday 28th May, Groove Armada will be taking over for an electrifying Sunday night performance. They’ll create an unmissable set with a few DJ pals thrown in for good measure, including Dave Lee ZR, Ashley Beedle, Lou Hayter and DJ duo Raw Silk.

The canine event of the season, Goodwoof brings together dog lovers from all over for a weekend of four-legged fun.

Royal Cocktail Masterclass
To celebrate King Charles III’s coronation, Lanique Spirit of Rose is hosting a royal cocktail masterclass, complete with welcome drinks and canapés at the Smith & Whistle Bar & Terrace.
On Wednesday 10th, join the spirit brand for an evening of mixology. You’ll be guided through the steps of cocktail making as you whip up three classic serves with a rosy twist. Expect to be mixing a Rose Spritz, Rose Margarita and Rose Negroni.

Joké and Friends at Globe Tavern
Ahead of opening the highly anticipated Chishuru later this summer, West African chef Adejoké Bakare will be pitching up at Globe Tavern for two months.
Cooking alongside her chef pals Anna Higham and Sirichai Kulabwong, the Joké pop-up will feature a set menu inspired by her childhood and Nigerian traditions.
Standout dishes include Sinasir (rice and coconut pancakes with a summer squash puree; Abacha Mmri (cassava, young coconut and Scottish hand-dived scallops with a coconut dressing; and Celeriac Cake served with pumpkin seed sauce, endive and rice.

Daily Dress Edit
Popping up for two weeks in Embassy Gardens will be cult fashion favourite Daily Dress Edit. Founded by Isabel Spearman, this is set to be the creator’s biggest edit yet, featuring over 50 small independent British brands and their beautiful spring dresses.
Fashion brands include Well Worn, Faune, Smock London and If Only If, as well as previous favourites Johanna Sands, Justine Tabak, Coco Conran and Opioneers, all creating exclusive dresses with Isabel available only at the pop-up.
Over the course of the pop-up, there’ll be opportunities for 1-2-1 personal styling and shopping appointments, as well as a special ‘Evening with Isabel’ talk.

Veuve Clicquot Solaire Culture
We’re all for Champagne pop-ups and this one might be our favourite yet… Introducing Solaire Culture, Veuve Clicquot’s new opening celebrating 250 years of the iconic Champagne house.
Guests will be taken on an immersive journey through the brand’s history, from celebrating Madame Clicquot, one of the world’s first female entrepreneurs, who took over the reins in 1805 to the modern-day champagne house we all know and love. Nine female artists from around the world, including Yayoi Kusama, Sheila Kicks and Moyoco Anno, have created original artwork inspired by Madame Clicquot and her inventions.
It’ll also see the return of Soho’s Sunny Side Up Café which launched last summer, offering a delicious Caribbean-inspired menu curated by Andi Oliver.

Those keen to up their sustainability efforts but don’t know where to start when it comes to finding good eco-conscious brands, pop over to Rathbone Place this month for the 00.The Store, a month-long carbon-neutral pop-up concept store.
Having kicked off its efforts mid-April, the pop-up will be running until the 10th of May, bringing you a curated collection of brands. Expect to find 60+ planet-conscious fashion, beauty and wellness brands to browse through.

Wellness Events at One Hundred Shoreditch
Ahead of Balance Festival and in support of Mental Health Awareness Week, One Hundred Shoreditch will be hosting a variety of health and wellbeing activities on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th.
The series will be kicking off with PWER: by London Fitness Guy – expect an hour-long fitness class combining bodyweight strength, cardio and mobility exercises to work the full body.
On Sunday 14th, you can join Michael James Wong AKA @justbreathe for a balance workshop, before heading onto the hotel’s rooftop for a Californian-inspired brunch.

Kerb Presents: The Table
Returning for its biggest season yet will be Kerb Presents: The Table, the annual open-air market at National Theatre. This year they are stepping it up a notch by launching London’s longest banqueting table! Stretching 70-metres, this table can seat over 200 people, offering all the more opportunity for Londoners to get stuck into great street food, craft beer and frozen cocktails.
Renowned for partnering with London’s brilliant independent street food vendors, this year’s line-up includes Portuguese rolls and tapas from Santa Bifana; authentic Venezuelan cachapas and empanadas from Papelón; Malaysian Chinese rice bowls from Eat Lah; dumplings and ramen from Sen Noods; and delicious ice cream from Big Kid Ice Cream.

Sensory Garden at The Westin London City

Pickle afternoon tea
Something we didn’t think we’d ever be writing about, but hey, it’s London after all! The world’s first pickle-themed afternoon tea has landed in London and its green-hued vibes are set to be all over your TikTok feed.
Dreamed up by renowned pop-up queen Meredith O’Shaughnessy, the experience features pickle-based cocktails and themed live entertainment.
Expect to delight on the likes of dill pickle and goats cheese finger sandwiches; pickled devilled eggs; Bloody Mary parmesan palmiers; dill pickle cupcake bites; pickled jelly trifle; and a dill cucumber and rhubarb gin fizz.
