Chelsea Italian restaurant Ritorno will be transforming its outdoor terrace overlooking King’s Road into an Alpine wonderland this Christmas, in partnership with Campari. The heated wrap-around terrace will host a cosy log cabin with sheepskin blankets and cushions, with a silver birch arch and glittering willow branches around the stairs. Cocktails created by Ritorno’s head barman Simone Francini and Campari include T’is The Aperol (a sharing cocktail combining Aperol, Maker’s Mark bourbon and home-made pineapple and green tea syrup) and Ritorno Brulé (a warming take on Italian mulled wine made with Aperol, Essential Persichetti liqueur, vanilla syrup and red wine reduction mixed with herbs, spices and dried fruits). Also available will be the classic Campari-based Negroni, and Aperol Spritz. Runs until 28th February 2018.
