5 Reasons Why This Health Pop-up Needs To Be Added To Your July Itinerary

We all know we could probably do with eating more fibre. What’s trickier is knowing where to start. Wild Nutrition, the supplement brand with a cult following for good reason, has just launched its new High Fibre Plus, and to celebrate, it’s taking over a corner of East London for two days this July. Consider this your official invitation.
In Partnership With Wild Nutrition
Taking place on 7th and 8th July at 141 Commercial Street, Shoreditch, the Fibre Fix Café is a two-day pop-up experience with expert workshops, one-to-one nutritional consultations and a café all under one roof. Plus, attendees also have the opportunity to walk away with a goodie bag worth £100. Here’s what to expect from your visit:
1. Get your fibre fix at this café
Forget the usual brand activations. The Fibre Fix Café is part foodie destination, part expert-led community space, and it’s completely free to walk into. With food being served from 12pm to 3pm each day, the menu has been curated by chef and bestselling author Bettina Campolucci Bordi, known for her vibrant, plant-forward cooking. Every dish has been designed with fibre diversity in mind. Think Borek-style filos, colourful summer veg curries and fibre-layered salads.
It feels as if everyone’s talking about fibre at the moment and we are all trying to add more of it into our diets, but I for one find it tricky to know where to actually start. This pop-up marks the perfect opportunity to remedy this, with its offering of expert guidance and plenty of gut-friendly treats to try along the way!
