Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, not only will the two-day event be a celebration of all things Champagne and English Sparkling Wine (with 25 exhibitors present including Hollywood star Idris Elba’s own luxury wine brand, Porte Noire), but it will also pay tribute to other delights that tantalise tastebuds, from light-bites
and traditional English Afternoon Teas to extravagant three-course dinners, sure to leave guests feeling inspired.

Taking over the historic 10-11 Carlton House Terrace on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th April, Searcys will be welcoming Champagne connoisseurs and bubbly aficionados for this special experience.

What are the dining options?

There will be light bites aplenty at the Bubbly Show in general, but for a memorable and elevated culinary experience, opt for an enhanced Bubbly Show ticket and an exclusive spot at the coveted Belle Epoque Dinner. As well as offering complete access to the bubbly show, for £175 guests will be able to enhance their evening with a canapés reception and three-course dinner paired with Perrier-Jouët’s Prestige Cuvées.

Expect a menu inspired by Perrier-Jouët vintages, including starters such as ‘Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut’ cured salmon and lightly pickled cucumber tart, main courses including fine Roast scallops with ‘Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs’ sauce, and wild spring mushroom panna-cotta with ‘Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs’ foam.

Or, for just an additional £45 guests can enjoy an Afternoon Tea in the Regency setting of the Grade I listed Georgian Townhouse. 

With a selection of freshly made finger sandwiches like Beechwood kiln-smoked British ham & wholegrain mustard to homemade plain and golden raisin scones, this is Afternoon Tea made special. Finish off with a selection of cakes including West Sussex strawberry Eton mess, Sussex rhubarb and juniper Bakewell, and a classic Victoria sponge with rose cream and Searcy’s champagne. Of course, the experience topped off with a glass of Searcys English Sparking Wine.

The story of the Belle Epoque dinner

The Maison Perrier-Jouët was born in 1811 from the marriage of Pierre Nicolas Perrier and Rose Adélaïde Jouët, who together combined their passion for art and nature to create a unique vision of champagne. As a close friend of many artists, including several prominent avant-garde figures, the family asked Emile Gallé, one of the pioneers of the Art Nouveau movement, to create a design for the Perrier-Jouët champagne bottles.

Four magnums enamelled with a delicate arabesque pattern of white Japanese anemones were created in 1902, inspiring an exceptional wine that would later become internationally renowned as the Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque. This April, you have a chance to try some of the best Champagnes in the collection at the Belle Epoque dinner.
