From George Clooney’s Tequila Casamigos to Cameron Diaz’ new ‘clean’ wine range, it seems like every day there’s a new alcohol launch from an a-lister. And I’m sorry to say today is no different: the Delevingne sisters have just launched their own prosecco brand.
Last week saw the arrival of Della Vite, a Prosecco brand created by the famous fashionistas, Cara, Poppy and Chloe, and believe it or not, it also marks the first joint venture from the trio.
Popping open a bottle of bubbly is always a shared moment; it’s often a celebration and the bubbles are poured as we reunite with loved ones are periods of time apart. Della Vite, meaning ‘from the vine’, was born out of this love of family reunions and quality time together, which is something we’re all a little more grateful for during these crazy corona times.
Available in the UK, Della Vite boasts two quality Proseccos straight from the hills of Valdobbiadene, Italy. Tatler reported that the Della Vite Prosecco Supeiore (DOCG) supposedly has ‘hints of star fruit and ripe crabapple’ and the Treviso Prosecco (DOC) is said to be ‘packed with perfume of peach, pear, red apple and wild strawberries’.
Della Vite is also proudly sustainable and vegan too, with solar energy powering the production and their water heated by ‘refrigeration units’ exchange system’. That’s not all – the Prosecco is filtered through a ceramic system, meaning it’s entirely vegan too. Bonus.
Of course it’s only appropriate that the branding of the Prosecco is as stylish as the fashion fuelled sisters. Think sleek thin black bottles with gold lettering.
Over on their website, the sisters have also released four tempting cocktail recipes, inspired by their names of course, so why not order in a bottle for yourself and try your hand at creating a Delevigne approved cocktail this weekend.
