The supper club: a chance for the culinary whizzes in the world to show off their talent through magical menus filled with intricate flavour combinations, modern techniques and distinct style. This Autumn sees some top culinary talent take to the stage with a host of upcoming supper clubs, from flavoursome Indian cuisine to classic British.

The Supperclub Tube

 Three nights a week, this tube carriage is transformed into a dining space where you can enjoy a carefully curated playlist and dimmed lights, while you dig into an amazing dinner – this is the London tube like you’ve never seen it before. The menu changes with the season, and there are always vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. From chorizo to ceviche, ajiaco to tres leches, expect a Latin-inspired meal with pre-dinner cocktails and an array of wines.

Chef Dan’s Supper Club Exclusive

For an inventive culinary journey head to The Milestone Hotel’s exclusive supper club where you can enjoy meticulously crafted dishes by Chef Daniel Putz. Served at Cheneston’s Restaurant, you can look forward to some exciting dishes on the menu. Priced at £95 per person, some of our favourites include braised shoulder of Cornish Lamb, Dorset crab, and pan-roasted South Coast turbot.

Daar Dinners with Communi.Table & Co.

Daar Dinners celebrates Gujarati tuvar daar (yellow split lentils), which combines tangy and spicy flavours with a subtle sweetness. There’s a special cooking process that differentiates Gujarati daar from its other counterparts, including a more soup-like texture. This supper club celebrates this unsung hero of Indian cuisine, that is bursting with intricate flavours and warmth, perfect for a lovely Autumnal meal. Expect masala chai on arrival, with tamarind chickpeas served to start before you move to the star of the show – Gujarati tuvar daar and bhaat.

The Autumn Chapter at Bridge Club

Presented by Jack Pontingo and Niall Northall, two friends who met while working at Michelin kitchens, this supper club is all about combining hyper-seasonal ethos with rich, indulgent flavours. From dressed crab with seaweed butter to pork collar served with fermented cabbage, with braised and sprouted grains and parmesan as a side, you can expect some interesting dishes on the menu that are perfect for the season.

Suppher x Eat Well

This four-course lunch focuses on seasonal food, sustainable produce and low-intervention wines. Part of the Eat Well, Do Good Festival, raising money for Eat Well MCR, an NGO that provides chef-made meals to people in need across Greater Manchester, the supper club champions women in hospitality. Expect a well-curated meal with the talents of Anna Carmichael and Kim McBride from Suppher partnering with Hannah Rose Hall (head chef of The Pearl at Park Hill), Siân Wilson (Junior Sous Chef at NORD) and Beccy Corcoran (restaurant manager at Where The Light Gets In).

Lebanon Fundraiser Supper Club

Held at the Round Chapel Old School Rooms in Clapton, expect a night of feasting, drinking and dancing to raise money for the Lebanese Food Bank. The team of guest chefs will recreate a selection of Lebanese dishes inspired by Beirut’s cafes and bakeries, and you can expect a rolling mezze feast, plus some delicious Lebanese wine. The night will end with pushing the tables aside and dancing the dabke, a traditional folk dance – so expect great vibes for a good cause.

The Chef’s Supper Club

The Chef’s Supper Club promises a lovely evening at Pipoca Vegan, Brixton, featuring the talented Charlotte Roy, a MasterChef UK 2024 contestant. This Thanksgiving-themed vegan feast will serve everything from mac and cheese bites to a ‘turkey’ centrepiece, all crafted by Charlotte with her signature flair. It’s the perfect chance to savour exquisite plant-based dishes and connect with fellow food lovers.

Charlotte Turner is a private chef, based in Brockley who has been catering for a variety of occasions for the last fourteen years. The Food Behind the Pages Supper Club

The next instalment of Fortnum’s Food Behind the Pages Supper Club series features Si King, who will be taking over the kitchen in the Food & Drink Studio and curating a menu, alongside the Fortnum’s chefs, that includes recipes from the new cookbook Our Family Favourites. Inspired by their journey together, Si completed the book in honour of his best friend, fellow biker and cooking partner Dave Myers. It’s a deeply personal tribute and the ultimate collection of their most treasured dishes along with heartfelt stories and reflections on their adventures together.
