For an inventive culinary journey head to The Milestone Hotel’s exclusive supper club where you can enjoy meticulously crafted dishes by Chef Daniel Putz. Served at Cheneston’s Restaurant, you can look forward to some exciting dishes on the menu. Daar Dinners celebrates Gujarati tuvar daar (yellow split lentils), which combines tangy and spicy flavours with a subtle sweetness. There’s a special cooking process that differentiates Gujarati daar from its other counterparts, including a more soup-like texture. This supper club celebrates this unsung hero of Indian cuisine, that is bursting with intricate flavours and warmth, perfect for a lovely Autumnal meal. The Autumn Chapter at Bridge Club
Presented by Jack Pontingo and Niall Northall, two friends who met while working at Michelin kitchens, this supper club is all about combining hyper-seasonal ethos with rich, indulgent flavours. From dressed crab with seaweed butter to pork collar served with fermented cabbage, with braised and sprouted grains and parmesan as a side, you can expect some interesting dishes on the menu that are perfect for the season.

Suppher x Eat Well
This four-course lunch focuses on seasonal food, sustainable produce and low-intervention wines. Part of the Eat Well, Do Good Festival, raising money for Eat Well MCR, an NGO that provides chef-made meals to people in need across Greater Manchester, the supper club champions women in hospitality. Expect a well-curated meal with the talents of Anna Carmichael and Kim McBride from Suppher partnering with Hannah Rose Hall (head chef of The Pearl at Park Hill), Siân Wilson (Junior Sous Chef at NORD) and Beccy Corcoran (restaurant manager at Where The Light Gets In).

Lebanon Fundraiser Supper Club
Held at the Round Chapel Old School Rooms in Clapton, expect a night of feasting, drinking and dancing to raise money for the Lebanese Food Bank. The team of guest chefs will recreate a selection of Lebanese dishes inspired by Beirut’s cafes and bakeries, and you can expect a rolling mezze feast, plus some delicious Lebanese wine. The night will end with pushing the tables aside and dancing the dabke, a traditional folk dance – so expect great vibes for a good cause.
