Say Hello To Our New Social Media Manager, Kitty Bovaird

We’ve just welcomed our new Social Media Manager & Content Creator, Kitty Bovaird. Here, we catch up with Kitty so you can get to know the latest member of The Handbook Team…
Where do you find trends and inspiration?
Social media all the way! I use Pinterest for fashion and home + interiors, then TikTok for literally everything else.
What’s your preferred social platform and why?
It’s too hard to choose. I love Instagram for a showcase of life’s happiest or most aesthetic moments, but I love Pinterest or Substack to unwind and appreciate people’s writing or artwork – they’re definitely the most relaxing of the social platforms.
What’s a social media trend you’re expecting to be everywhere in 2025?
I think the days of clickbait and over-the-top wasteful content are behind us, thankfully. The internet is too oversaturated now. We’re going to see a big return to high-quality, aesthetic, and informative content, which is perfect for The Handbook’s vibe.
If you could create a new emoji that doesn’t exist yet, what would it be?
Let’s expand the redhead emoji collection – we’ve only got two!
What’s an account you’re obsessed with right now and why?
I love @fox.in.london for planning weekends and finding great London spots. All of her content is super pretty too.
What’s the weirdest rabbit hole you’ve fallen down while scrolling lately?
I can’t get enough of the Pitbull concert videos. What’s not to love about a night out with all your girls in bald caps and suits, to a soundtrack of 2000s hits? Every single one is so funny.
What’s the soundtrack to your workday?
‘Sounds of Caia’ on Spotify – it’s a playlist from the Neighbourhood restaurant and Listening Bar in Notting Hill. It’s a unique mix and has the perfect songs to chill and send emails, or some tracks to hype you up for a big task!
