We’re ten days into game season and the birds have started to find their way from the grouse moors of Lancashire, Yorkshire and Scotland to our plates. With the Glorious 12th signalling the start of the shooting season (admittedly somewhat less glorious if you happen to be a grouse), we’re starting to find some excellent game dishes heading our way. And with pheasant and partridge seasons opening soon, we thought it only right to share with you where to enjoy some of the best game in London.
