The Rum Kitchen
Refurb and Recovery from The (All New) Rum Kitchen
The original Rum Kitchen has had a revamp, boasting a brand new lounge, bar and restaurant. For the jaded, The Jamaican breakfast (eggs, pulled pork and spicy beans) will offer you a second wind, while the vegetarian alternative consists of sweet potato wedges, avocado and portobello mushrooms. And for those who are finding basic tasks extremely difficult to perform, cola cured gammon, sweet-potato fries and a crispy egg will offer you salvation.

Tequila & Mezcal Fest
Celebration of Tequila in True Form
Let’s play word association; Tequila: salt, lime, heave, vomit, hangover. All correct, but how about this? Culture, enthusiast, tradition. If you can only relate to the infamous liquor along with its accompaniments, then be prepared to have your eyes opened to the other side of Mexico’s much loved export as Tequila & Mezcal Fest makes its triumphant return. With a shot of help from its main sponsor, Patrón Tequila, who’ll give guests the chance to try their handcrafted 100% Weber Blue Agave tequilas while also being transported via virtual reality to the Highlands of Jalisco to learn about Patrón production and will also offer the opportunity to try ‘Margarita of the Year 2016’, the festival will subvert your ideas about the misunderstood liquor. The creative and cultural heritage of the country will also be in full bloom (mariachi band, folklore dancers) and food connoisseurs will be treated by authentic Mexican retailers. All this and not a pinch of salt or slice of lime in sight.
