The Searcys Champagne and Cocktail Bar is located on the 40th-floor dome of The Gherkin. Open to all, guests will find themselves eye-to-eye with the city’s skyscrapers whilst enjoying an extensive cocktail, wine and Champagne list as unique as the location. The Gherkin also offers five private dining spaces, fully equipped with everything you need with uninterrupted views of the city.

Constructed to give the illusion of one continuous curve, this striking feat of modern architecture was designed by Lord Norman Foster, and opened its doors in 2004. Inspired by nature, Foster’s design emulated both the beauty and functionality of a sea creature known as the Venus Flower Basket Sponge – from its glassy exoskeleton to advanced ventilation system.
