With epic 360° views, dine in the sleek surrounds of the Helix restaurant, now spanning both levels 39 and 40. All day dining menus are led by seasonal and local produce, while at the bar, there is an extensive list of Champagnes and Sparkling wines, plus a selection of inventive cocktails from the mixologist team.

Constructed to give the illusion of one continuous curve, this striking feat of modern architecture was designed by Lord Norman Foster, and opened its doors in 2004. Inspired by nature, Foster’s design emulated both the beauty and functionality of a sea creature known as the Venus Flower Basket Sponge – from its glassy exoskeleton to advanced ventilation system.
