A COYA experience never ceases to amaze.
London’s hottest Peruvian resto, COYA Mayfair is known for its legendary weekend brunches and tasty tapas-style bites. While their doors remain closed for a little while longer, you can find them bringing their dishes to your doorstep. COYA is open for delivery, allowing Londoners the chance to enjoy a taste of Peru at home. This weekend, why not tuck into their dishes and cocktails, and host your own COYA experience at home.
We’d recommend getting your hands on their infamous crocantes con guacamole, as well as feasting on their rich papa seca, a mix of Peruvian potatoes, wild mushrooms and truffles. It’ll be sure to satisfy your truffle cravings. If you’re looking for a Saturday night tipple, get your hands on one of their finish-it-yourself cocktails. For those who love an Aperol, try their twist on the usual spritz, made with strawberry Aperol, greek wine and cream soda. All you need to do is add in a splash of Champagne or Prosecco. Upscale your weekend plans with COYA.
Start the weekend off with an early bang as you join Bombay Sapphire and Print Club London for the second instalment of Bombay Sapphire’s ‘Cocktails & Create’ virtual masterclasses.
This Thursday’s instalment will see Print Club London and illustrator James Daw joining, demonstrating how to use and immerse yourself in the wonderful art of screen printing. Of course it’s no virtual masterclass without a cocktail or two and master mixologist Franck Dedieu will be on hand, bringing you a duo of gin and tonic cocktails to mix up for yourself at home. Sounds like the perfect start to any weekend if you ask us.
Hip, hip, hooray! This weekend you can enjoy a royal excursion to Hampton Court Palace as their gardens reopen for business. Explore the gardens where Henry VII, his wives and children lived.

Celebrate The Summer Solstice
Sunday 21st June marks the longest day of the year and if that isn’t a big enough of an excuse to celebrate the beginning of summer, we don’t know what is. We’ve rounded up the best virtual events happening this solstice weekend to celebrate in style, from pagan rituals to all day festivals.

When it comes to Netflix films, it’s always tricky to know when things are about to ‘drop’ and granted, Spike Lee’s Da 5 Bloods came out last Friday but we wanted to give the film a little extra love this weekend.
Lee’s latest joint follows four African-American veterans who return to Vietnam and make it their mission to search for the remains of their friend and fellow veteran Stormin’ Norman (Chadwick Boseman). This search is also for a significant sum of buried gold, that the quad buried when fighting. Flicking between past and present, we are forced to witness post traumatic stress at its worst alongside the devastating aftermath of war and the ongoing racism prevalent in American society.
Could an Academy Award be on the cards? We certainly think so.
Phoebe Bridgers’ debut album, stranger in the alps, was one of our favourites of 2017 and now her follow up is finally nearly here. Her dream-like storytelling, cathartic instrumentation and emotive vocals are unmatched in the indie-folk scene and on Punisher, she has pushed her sound even further. Expect songs that are louder, funner and more in your face… But don’t worry, expect tears too.
