Saying Goodbye to the Brixton Rooftop

It’s with great sadness that this weekend we have to say goodbye to Brixton Rooftop. The reason? Sports Direct has bought the Popes Road buildings the Brixton Rooftop occupies, planned works to be carried out on the roof has in turn prematurely ended their five year lease less than half way through their tenancy. Yep we’re not happy either. Fingers crossed they’ll be able to move back, but until then we have to say goodbye to them. Of course they’re going to go out in style with massive parties on Friday and Saturday night. It’ll be the biggest party they’ve ever thrown with performers, their favourite DJs plenty to drink and incredible food. Hope you’re happy Sports Direct.
