Now that we’ve waved goodbye to the present shopping and mince pies, it’s a good time to start trying out those New Year’s resolutions you’d promised yourself you would stick to this year. Get ahead of the curve and work up a sweat in one of London’s luxury gyms.
Now that the winter weather is here it’s incredibly tempting to crawl back under the covers and not get up at the crack of dawn and head to the gym (come on, I know you snoozed your alarm this morning), but to get your blood pumping and back in the fitness groove, we’ve rounded up London’s most luxury gyms where all the fitness influencers flock.

Eight Core
If you think of yourself as one of London’s bona fide gym bunnies, you’re in for a treat. The capital saw a newcomer back in 2020 and it’s seriously luxe. Eight Core sits inside Eight Club London’s private members’ club.
World-class coaches are at the helm of Eight Core where they’ll be making you work up a sweat with daily morning, lunchtime and evening classes. The schedule is vast and varied offering everything from boxing to Pilates, Olympic lifting and even wrestling. If classes aren’t your thing, there’s top-of-the-range equipment available including machines and weights as well as a cardio area. And to ensure you engage in a 360 health kick in 2023, you’re able to take advantage of Eight Core‘s medical centre and health food cafe.
