It’s time to turn up the sparkle and if the shops are anything to go by, we’re going to be drowning ourselves in sequins. So pour the fizz and let’s add a bit of glitz to our wardrobes…
Nothing says party season quite like sequin fashion. From dresses and skirts to tops and totes, we’re more than ready to amp up the glitz with December‘s delicious serving of sparkle.
Personally, I’m coveting the Rotate collection. It’s seriously decadent with a plethora of colourful sequins on puffed-sleeve frocks, while Raey’s more edgy take has also turned my head. I’m also a true advocate for that am to pm vibe; making a piece work whatever time of day. So yes, we immediately think of fancy soirées and festive meet-ups when we consider wearing a sequin dress. However, how about making like influencer Jessie Bush and toning down the flashy with a pair of baggy jeans. Or adding chunky knitwear and blanket scarves. I’m all over that kind of look.

Nothing quite beats a sequin dress. We’re talking instant sparkle and instant glam. From slim-fitted to loose and relaxed like this Never Fully Dressed style, every look has the wow-factor. Simply add red lippy and heels and you’re party ready.
Outfit 2 – The Sequin Top
A sequin top makes for a great house party look. It’s so very easy – fabulous, yet effortless. Obviously you can go all out and keep your sequins dressy, but we’re loving the laid-back styling with jeans and mules.
Outfit 3 – The Sequin Skirt
Much like a sparkly top, the sequin skirt is incredibly versatile. It will work with a slinky cami, but look just as gorgeous with oversized knits and strappy sandals. Also, consider swapping out the heels for chunky books.
