Nestled near St. James’s Park in Westminster, The Pem is a fresh and accessible take on fine dining, overseen by Chef Sally Abé. Its decor combines alluring Art Deco elements with a modern twist, featuring vibrant reds and pinks. Plush booths create inviting spaces, ideal for small groups and dinner parties.

The Harben Room, an intimate private dining space, can host up to 22 guests.
 Chef Sally Abé, renowned for her British-inspired cuisine, sources top-quality ingredients from local suppliers like Lake District Farmers, The Wild Room, and Flying Fish. The menu includes starters like Dressed Dorset Crab, Violino pumpkin, vadouvan, buttermilk, and Montgomery cheddar soufflé, pickled and toasted walnuts, bitter leaves. Main courses feature Hand dived Orkney XL
scallops, Jerusalem artichoke, black garlic, sea herbs, and Wild mushroom and truffle suet pudding, buttered Savoy cabbage, braised hazelnuts, Madeira.

The Set Lunch Menu offers value with 2 courses for £35 or 3 courses for £45. Enjoy dishes like Venison tartare, preserved elderberries, truffled egg yolk, beech mushrooms, and Braised pork jowl, crab apples, pink fir potatoes, calvados, followed by Toasted milk cream, salted chocolate, coffee, for dessert.
