The word ‘heatwave’ has once again been doing the rounds, with London seriously warming up this week. Attend a Mayfair art tour

Check out a sustainable installation
The Westin London City, in collaboration with British artist Victoria Noakes, has unveiled a powerful art installation honouring the River Thames that aims to raise awareness of its biodiversity. Located in the Haven hotel lobby and running from June to September, the installation has been crafted using recycled metals, banana fibre fabric, water-based dyes, deadstock fabric, and recycled wood.

Mean Girls comes to London
Get in losers, Broadway’s smash hit musical Mean Girls is taking over London’s Savoy Theatre this weekend onwards. Brought to life by an award-winning team including Tina Fey composer Jeff Richmond, lyricist Nell Benjamin, and director-choreographer Casey Nicholaw, expect to see The Plastics—Regina, Gretchen, and Karen, the iconic Jingle Bells dance routine, and some more very fetch performances.

Beaverbrook’s Balloon Dining
This summer is set to take the popular experience up a notch, with the Beaverbrook Hotel hot air balloon dining pods sporting elegant designs from luxury table dressers Summerill & Bishop. This year, the dining experience is themed: ‘A Sky Full of Stripes’ and diners will be seated in authentic wooden and wicker ‘baskets’ to get the feel of a real hot air balloon and get to tuck into a three-course Japanese menu.
