Mindful Chef’s smoothie bars

Mindful Chef, a food service that delivers recipe boxes with fresh, quality ingredients to your home, is getting on the road this month, with its first pop-up smoothie bar. Whether you like yours fruity, like their Berry Gut Boosting, packed with cultures and fibre-rich blackberries and blueberries, or rich and nutty like their Peanut Butter Protein with sweet dates and banana, there are plenty of options. And all their smoothies are dairy-free and contain no refined sugars. Once more, for the rest of their pop-ups, they will be giving away free smoothies to a number of customers.

Lost Epoch at 2 Chesham Hotel, Belgravia

2 Chesham Hotel Belgravia has introduced Lost Epoch, a collection of walking maps, offering an interesting way to get to know the city. Starting and finishing at the hotel, each route explores Belgravia, Knightsbridge, or Chelsea through overlooked streets and historic façades. The walks are all about discovering places that go beyond the must-see lists – just remember to bundle up and stay warm while you brave the outdoors.

Wild Nutrition at Liberty

Running from 8 January to 8 February 2026, Wild Nutrition takes over Liberty’s iconic Atrium with Rooted in Wellness, an immersive space designed as a pause from the usual January “reset” narrative. The pop-up brings the brand’s Food-Grown approach to nutrients, formulated to be recognised and absorbed like real food, into the heart of Regent Street, with complimentary 1:1 consultations from Wild Nutrition’s registered nutritional therapists most Wednesdays and Thursdays. Alongside consultations, there are a handful of events and moments built into the programme: a free live performance by spoken-word artist Sophia Thakur on 14 January, and weekend sessions with The Poetry Machine’s Beth, who turns your intentions into verses typed on seeded paper you can take home or plant.

Hotori at Sanderson

Hotori is arriving at Sanderson from 30th January to take over every Friday and Saturday with bold flavours, beautifully crafted dishes and an electric dining atmosphere. Badiani’s gelato & wine tasting menu

Head to Badiani in Chelsea, and indulge in a guided gastronomic journey through the art of gelato, including four savoury flavours which have never been served in the UK before. Southbank Centre winter lights

If you find yourself missing the festive displays and London’s Christmas light displays, head to the Southbank Centre for their winter light display. The exhibition features work by artists Samia Halaby, David Batchelor, Rafaël Rozendaal, France Lise McGurn, Jakob Kvist, Nathaniel Rackowe, Squire & Partners, Liz West, Otecki and Tavares Strachan. The displays use art and colour in playful ways and touch on topics like individual and collective identity, the environment and technology. You can see the light displays until 18th January.
