Shop Latest Designer Homeware Trends On The High Street

As we update our wardrobe, it feels remiss to neglect our homes. Here we share just how to embrace this season’s biggest homeware trends without blowing the budget…
As is often the case, we can immediately see how the catwalks don’t just inspire our everyday styling, but our homes, too. While we’re stepping out in khaki-coloured dresses or boots in shades of coffee, expect our interiors to lean into the same. Independent boutiques and designer homeware stores are brimming with chocolate brown sofas and tableware in gorgeous green hues. Mind you, they can come at a price. Thankfully, as a country, we’re blessed with the most incredible array of high street stores. From Zara Home to Matalan, Dunelm to H&M Home, there are many havens to snap up the latest home accessories.
’70s inspo remains and, in fact, is possibly stronger than ever. Expect lots of wood and natural finishes mixed with rich earthy colours. Zara Home’s corduroy chair in green is a thing of beauty, while Made.com‘s striped armchair is firmly on my wishlist. For a hint of luxe, we’re seeing marble elevate everything from the bathroom to the dining table. Look to Arket for the sleekest of pieces.
High street homeware trends continue to impress with all you’d wish for; glassware, soft furnishings, ornaments, lighting… all with less frightening price tags.
The looks of the season are warm, rich and inviting. Think natural finishes, with a nod to ’70s chic. All our favourite high street stores are indulging us with the most expensive looking pieces.
1. Wooden Details
2. Shades of Green
Green is a fabulous colour to decorate with, as it works with almost any style. It’s calming, yet also effortlessly chic. Arket, Oliver Bonas and Urban Outfitters are bulging at the doors with their green offerings.
3. Marble Accents
4. Chocolate Hues
These delicious shades may be dominating the fashion trends, but they are also owning the homeware trends. From rich cocoa to smooth latte, brown is most definitely the ’70s hue we’ve been missing.
