Foodies, this one is all about you. For the most summery month of the year, London is full of foodie pop-ups that are bound to please whether you’re looking for an alfresco terrace to head to or a fun BBQ with a South Asian twist. These are our picks of pop-ups to visit this July:
Wine tasting on a double-decker bus
To tie in with Nyetimber becoming the official sparkling wine for Team GB ahead of the Paris Olympics, the brand is hosting a limited-edition sparkling wine and canapés tasting event. Taking place aboard a 1968 Routemaster Bus parked out the front of The Savoy, this is the stuff Instagram dreams are made of.

An Italian-inspired summer terrace

A South Asian Summer BBQ
The Standard London and Diet Paratha have teamed up to bring together culinary talent from around the world for pop-ups throughout July. Kolam, Paris, BADMAASH from Los Angeles, and South London’s Cue Point will be serving up everything from Sri Lankan and Indian dishes to British-Afghan fusion, all cooked over flames on Double Standard’s summer terrace. Alongside each menu, the tequila will be flowing, with Casamigos serving up their mix of margaritas.

The V&A’s Taylor Swift Exhibition
The V&A South Kensington is all set to host the Taylor Swift Songbook Trail, a brand new exhibition that celebrates Taylor Swift’s costumes, lyrics and music videos over the years. The trail features 13 (well, obviously) installations that chronicle her musical journey. Plus, there will be items on loan from Swift’s personal archives – from the cowboy boots she wore as a country singer in 2007 to the black ruffled shoulder dress she wore in the video for Fortnight from her latest album The Tortured Poets Department.

Bastille Day Brunch
Celebrate Bastille Day, the National Day of France, with a gastronomic French feast to remember. Bar Antoine in Mayfair, a cocktail bar from France’s multi-Michelin starred chef, Yannick Alléno will host a unique Bastille Day Bottomless Brunch with a free-flowing French-inspired buffet, served in Bar Antoine and extending on its new Twilight Terrace.

A tennis-themed dessert and champagne experience
Tennis fans, this one’s for you. Paula Stakelum, the Global Director of Chocolate and Pâtisserie at The Rubens at the Palace, is hosting a pop-up in collaboration with Lanson Champagne in honour of Wimbledon. Expect exclusive tennis-themed pastries along with a serve of Champagne Lanson. Plus there will be live tennis screenings in the Leopard Room.

We Are Briefly Gorgeous is artist Joy Labinjo‘s third solo exhibition in the UK, featuring new works inspired by scenes from Southwark Park and Bermondsey. The Andaz tattoo residency

The Bear-themed food truck
In honour of the newly released The Bear Season 3, there’s a food truck travelling around the city this summer that’s been launched by Disney+ and Mob Kitchen. Designed to be an immersive experience, the truck will be serving up dishes from the show like beef cheek doughnuts, 12-spice fried chicken and cheese and onion hash browns. After being spotted at Taste of London last month, the food truck will be at BST Hyde Park and the Soho House Festival next.

One-night-only Michelin dinner
