Paris’ premier pastry chef, Yann Couvreur, really is on a roll… He’s been making his presence known in France for a number of years, having previously opened up three wildly successful patisseries in his home city, and now he’s popped across to London to show us what all the fuss is about! His planned residency is at Claridge’s Hotel in the heart of Mayfair, where he will be situated between the 4th and 11th of September.
