Looking for a cute trend to take you into the warmer months? We think we’ve found it in pretty powder pink. From floor-sweeping wedding guest dresses that whisper romance to denim that satiates our love of pastels, and ruffled blouses that feel Chloé-inspired without the price tag, the shade is everywhere. And, who doesn’t love a head-to-toe colour trend? Scroll to see how we’re making it work.”

Ever since we saw Ariana Grande‘s stunning Oscars 2025 look – a corsetted, structured bodice giving way to a waterfall of glittering tulle – we’ve been head-over-heels for this fairytale shade. Whilst a Schiaparelli evening gown might only live in our dreams, the romance of this shade is utterly wearable in other iterations, perfect for sun-drenched days (and beyond).

There’s COS’s relaxed linen waistcoat co-ords, perfect for beating city heat in style; H&M’s adorable babydoll mini dresses, ideal for evenings out with an oversized blazer and ballet flats; The Frankie Shop’s effortlessly chic sheer blouse, a dream paired with tailored trousers; and Reiss’s sweet ruffled Lexie dress, equally at home with cowboy boots at a festival or leather sandals on holiday.

For those who find bolder pinks overwhelming – we’re looking at you, Barbie and bubblegum – the subtle charm of powder pink offers a sophisticated alternative.

Underwear on the beach? Who knew a slip in soft pink would become the perfect beach cover-up?

We love the juxtaposition of pretty pale pink with a more structured and practical barn jacket.
